FAQ's
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for all lash treatments and tinting treatments. They must be carried out at least 48 – 72 hours prior to your treatment. Please contact us to arrange your test.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we take 50% of your treatment price at the time of booking. You will pay the remainder when you are in the salon for your treatment.
What happens with my booking fee if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your treatment appointment, your booking fee will just remain on your file, and you can redeem it at your next visit. If you cancel your appointment giving us less than 48 hours notice, the booking deposit shall be redeemed.
Do you do late nights?
Yes we do, we are open until 9pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
How long do I need to leave my hair growth before I get waxed?
We suggest leaving your hair growth about 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment if you can, to gain the best result from your waxing treatment.
Can I get waxing done whilst on skin medication?
Depending on which medication you are on, and seeking medical advice, we would advise you on this personally. We will always avoid carrying our waxing on clients undergoing roaccutane treatment for 6-12 months after treatment has stopped.
Can I get waxed using Retin A topical or an Alpha Hydroxy Acid?
You must wait, after stopping using the product, at least a week to be waxed on that area.
